• Continuing work to get previous work on synth_tiles reintegrated
• Creates a synth_io pad near each partition pin and then creates a switch between the partition pin and the IO pad to force VPR to route to the correct location
  
• Met with Tim and discussed separating this project from arch-defs
• Set a meeting with Keith on Thursday to discuss partial reconfiguration
